It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure a machine and equipment used in competition is mechanically and structurally in a safe condition and fit for the intended purpose. Due to the nature of the competition, the machine is ridden on and off the Public Highway; it is also the responsibility of the rider to ensure compliance with all Road Traffic Act(s) requirements.
